I accept the following insurance:

Once I know the details of your insurance plan and I bill the insurance company for services, I will also charge you your co-pay or the recommended amount (determined by your insurance company) toward your deductible or co-insurance. If the amount is a hardship for you, we can work out a plan.

Self-Pay

For clients who pay out of pocket, my fee is $125 per session. I accept most major credit cards, as well as payment by CashApp.
